Why dig any deeper when I know that glasses holders just like toothbrush holders last week are already very common items on the market? What exactly about this glasses holder makes it likely to win customers over any other? You can't even find what problem prior art has that this version solves in the patent! Another surprise in this patent is the high level of patentese but without any patent attorney or agent being listed. It reads and looks exactly like a patent mill product. Is it? I don't know. But I suspect that some of the patent mills are adapting to the "age of the internet" and intentionally making it difficult to locate and examine their mill generated patents.
