(The first one was also by independent inventors but it really looks like it might be useful if the guys go for it.) But this patent---I don't think so. What is the invention? A toothbrush holder. Are there any on the market? Of course. So what is the advantage of this one? It has at least both a hook and a flute plus a second hook on the 'extension' part. Of course to use the hook your toothbrush (or toothpaste or bar soap) needs a 'ring'---but I'm sure with a little cajoling all toothbrush manufacturers will go along. NOT! Ditto for adding both shafts and 'rings' to toothpaste tubes and bar soap. (The 'ring' can be a hook per their illustrations.)
