Mobility vehicle

First you take two scooters . . . So really the only people you might enforce this patent against are the homebrew hobbyists that might do just that since ye olde common manufacturer isn't in the least likely to approach the problem that way! But then how do you steer the thing? I don't see enough detail to clue me in---all I see is grand sounding hand waving--including a switch controlled electrical effect. How many battery operated mobility vehicles are readily available on the market already? When I'm ready for one I think I'll get one of those.
