Not a single word in that regard is presented in the patent. Of course, it is not required but it leaves me with the distinct impression that the inventor totally believes that getting a patent is a guarantee of riches. It isn't, it's cheap and easy compared to everything else. (I'll leave you to investigate the "(III)" in the patent title.)
