There were only 2 unassigned patents until I hit this one where I immediately knew I had a winner. Why this version of a corkscrew rather than any other? There is none. Go look at the prior art and particularly the age of the prior art. Certainly this inventor, if he gets it into production, could make a nickel or two but the competition is entrenched and overwhelming.
