Method for forming a cover about a flower pot

Dead crow on a plate with a knife and fork. This is the second patent I looked at this day. But it's not a worthless patent. Or, actually, it IS a worthless patent to anybody but it's originator and owner. You see Donald Weder has 1300 U.S. patents, yes, more than Thomas Edison, and they are all in the florist/flower arranging field. He has easily a half a dozen patents related specifically to this method patent. In essence he is covered from everywhich direction. And he owns and operates the business that makes the product.

Anybody but Donald however would have a major problem. What business case could you make for a competitor to start using this method? They would still likely have to get Donalds product to use. Even if you also had the product patent what business case could you make? Is this variant version so superior to all of Donald's other versions that it would take over the marketplace for such sleeves? Oh, I've marked this as a patent I'll "eat crow" on, not because of a mistake on my part but just out of respect for a fellow who I'm certain will just keep cranking out the profits--and the patents--on floral services products.
